A modern log book can be used to record a wide range of information and data related to your journey. Examples of log books content include weather conditions, distance travelled and significant events such as docking at a harbour or port. Should other methods of navigation fail, log books may (providing that it has been filled in regularly) be useful for navigation purposes; allowing a vessel to backtrack to a safe area or port. On top of this, ships logs may be used for general note taking and observations, and are also a genuinely enjoyable way to keep track of your journey.
This is modern sailor's logbook, fun to use and designed to last for a whole season. Allows space for electronic navigation information and for narrative. Also doubles as a visitors book.
